Patrick Grimes is a music educator, trombonist, and arranger from Plano, Texas. He is currently the band student teacher at Mt. Vernon High School in Fortville, Indiana, and will graduate from Indiana University with his Bachelor of Music Education in May. read more

Field Technician
2022 Season
The Hebron High School Marching Band is a consistent Bands of America Regional and Super Regional Finalist and Champion. The Hebron High School Marching Band has also earned 7 straight appearances in the Texas UIL State Marching Contest, including 1st Place in 2021.
Baritone Technician
2023 Season
The Fishers High School Marching Tiger Band is a consistent Indiana State Finalist, BOA Regional, and Super-Regional Finalist. In 2022, they made their first BOA Grand National Finals appearance and followed that with a second consecutive appearance in 2023.
Mellophone Technician
2023 Season
The Edgewood High School Marching Mustang Band is a consistent Indiana Open Class C State finalist and champion. The program serves about 100 students through winds, percussion, and color guard.
Head Undergraduate Staff
2023 & 2024 Seasons
In 2024, Patrick became Head Undergraduate Staff of the trombone section. In 2023, he was Undergraduate Staff and served as chair of the Performance Committee.
